This is an AM/FM clock radio with alarm from Americana.
Most of the buttons are on the top.
They are:sleep, time, mode, hour, minute, alarm, alarm off, and snooze (these are on the left side).
Off, on, auto, buzz, fm/am, volume (these are on the right side).
Tuner dial is on the front, knob to tune is on the right side.

This belonged to my mother and I plugged it in and turned it on to make sure it worked.
Other than that I only know what is on the radio.
There are some surface scratches on the bottom and some light surface scratches on the front.
Most of the marks on the front that show in the picture are from the camera.
There are no cracks or breaks.
Overall is in good condition.
