"Diamond Chips, Polished Stones, Arrowheads & More"
This is a lot of 50+ stones and rocks, diamond chips that were in a box that was given to me.
I have no idea of the actual value of these stones, it could be way more than my asking price or it could be way less.
I really don't know but they appear to me to have some value.
I will describe each one as best as I can with approximate size and type.
There are 6 pieces that look like they could be onyx.
Black flat polished stone, oval shape,1 1/2" x 1", could be used for any piece of jewelry
3 other pieces that are polished and about 3/4" , they appear to have gray specks which I am not sure onyx has
1 small polished piece, oval rounded shape, 1/2" long,1/4" wide
very small piece that is smooth but not polished, 1/4" long, 1/8" wide
larger piece that is smooth but not polished, would need to be shaped, it is like just a chunk, 1 1/2" long and 1/2" wide
There are 7 very small black rocks that when turned a certain way almost look like glass and almost become clear. They are around 1/8" to 1/4",4 of them are polished and 3 of them are smooth but not polished.
There is a very small blue rock that is a triangle shape, almost looks like a candy corn piece. It is smooth and appears to have been shaped. It is about 1/4" long and 1/4" wide at the top. I have no idea what kind of rock this may be, shale comes to mind but I wouldn't say for sure.
There are 12 pieces that look like turquoise.1 large piece about 3/4" square, it is a raw rock a small piece, 1/4" x 1/8", has the green with black spots, smooth but not polished, appears to be shaped sort of like a teardropvery small piece, 1/4" square, bright light green with gold in it, ready to be settiny piece, 1/2" long,1/8" wide, polished and ready to be setvery small piece, 1/8" if that, green with faint touches of gold green with black thru it, 1/2" long, 1/4" high, smooth on the bottom, ready to be set light green, may not be turquoise, yellow specks, 3/4" long, 1/4" wide bright green with gold, 1/2" long, 1/8" high, ready to be set very small piece, several shades of green, teardrop shape, 1/4"deeper green with black, 1/2" long, 1/4" across,ready to be setbright green with faint trace of yellow, 1/2" long, 1/2" wide, ready to be set tiny piece with necklace attachment, just needs chain, 1/4"All of these pieces are smooth on the bottom except for the first one, which is why I say they are ready to be set. Most of them are polished.
There are 8 that I have no idea what kind they are. They are all polished and various shapes and sizes.1 1/2" x 1 1/4" polished flat rock, one side almost looks clear, then there is a pale yellow section with brown around the edges, on the left it almost looks like a tree, gray and blue tinge of colors here another polished one that almost looks as tho it may have been an arrowhead at one time, various browns and grays, 1" x 1", triangular shape small gray with black specks, 1/2" long, 1/4" wide light brown, almost looks orange, 1" x 1" x 1/4"darker brown 1" x 1" x 1/2"brown with white lines thru it, turned a certain way it looks like a teddy bear sitting there, 1" long, 1/2" widesmall orange in a rounded oval shape, cat's eye comes to mind with this one, 1/2" long, 1/2" wide, striped effect, ready to be set gray with black specks, 1" x 1" x 1/2"
There are 2 white pieces, perhaps crystal or quartz. One is quite white and unfinished, 3/4" x 1/2" and the other has a pink tinge, 1" long and 1/2" wide
There are 2 brown ones that are round, 1/2" and are very plain. One looks like an M & M and the other is almost a ball.
There are 6 pieces that look like arrowheads. They vary in size from an inch to quarter of an inch, and are grays and browns. One piece looks like it may have broken off.
There is a square with about 16 diamond chips.
There is a 1 carat Lindenwold CZ, diamond simulant, round, still in pouch.
There is also a loose one, I think is 1 carat also,that is also from Lindenwold, but no packaging.
Items will be sent in 4" x 4" pink and purple padded pouch as pictured.
