This is a vintage instruction sheet from the 1960's,
It was printed by Lee Wards and is " How to Make a No Frame Latch Hook Rug".
The paper has aged and the corners are slightly bent.
Everything is readable and there are no foreign spots on it.
One side is starting to tear a little bit.
At the bottom someone has written in hand the date "5/5/69".
