This program is called Super Voice.
It has to do with voip and faxing.
How it works I cannot tell you.
I do not remember ever trying this out and do not remember where I got it.
I do not have any manuals or paperwork for it.
It supports Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows 95, and multi chipsets.
It also has bonus software for America Online, Sprynet, Compuserve, AT&T. CSI, and WorldNet Service.
