This is a pretty green shopping bag that is 14" x 13" and has handles.
There are lines thru the fabric to give it a slight plaid look.
There are double straps that are 24" long anda 7" x7" pocket on the front.
Can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
It does not say what material it is but I think it is probably pvc. The outside has a satiny feel and the inside has a rubber feel.
It is actually slight darker than the pictures.
There are no stains, rips, or tears.
Bag is new.
