This is a Safety Net Blind, window shade for a young child in a vehicle.
It is dark navy blue on one side and white on the other side.
It has 2 suction cups at the top and 1 at the bottom.
There is one small pink spot on the front side.
It does not go up and down anymore. At least I could not get it to work. It may be possible that it could be fixed.
